UTSU accepting applications for Orientation Leaders

The University of Toronto Students' Union needs Student Leaders for Orientation 2011. This is an outstanding opportunity for any student interested in gaining valuable leadership experience, building their resume, and developing professional relationships with past and current students- all while making a difference in the UofT community. Orientation Leaders will assist in ensuring all Orientation events run smoothly-with duties ranging from marshaling the 7000-person Orientation Parade to overseeing the Clubs Fair.

Orientation will take place on Wednesday, September 7th and Friday, September 9th, and all Orientation Leaders must attend a mandatory training session on August 31st. Being an orientation leader can open the doors to many other great leadership opportunities at the University of Toronto. If you feel that you have the enthusiasm, energy, and communication skills to lead new students this Orientation, fill out an application form at http://utsu.ca/section/1236 or, for more information, contact the volunteer coordinator at volunteer@utsu.ca.
